Since people often ask how one gets started with a made from scratch website, I have provided the above links. These are basic level external guides (not written by myself), and are for those who are interested in how to update, maintain, and create their own site. I strongly suggest that beginners go over the html and css guides, and familiarize themselves with the basic paint program on their computer before they move on to other guides.
